We proudly offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund—even if you have opened or used the product.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has likely been processed and can no longer be modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us within 7 days of reception at support@joyousnutrition.com.au.

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will organize a replacement or refund for you. For faulty or defective items, there is no return cost to you.

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 20 business days after you placed your order, please contact support@joyousnutrition.com.au and we will investigate for you.

Important: We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided by the customer.

Returns Process

To start your return process, please email us at support@joyousnutrition.com.au with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

NOTE: 

Return Shipping: We do not offer free return labels for change-of-mind returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any handling or restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@joyousnutrition.com.au.
