Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers
For orders shipping within Australia, we ship using AUS Post.
- Transit Time: Please expect delivery between 3-7 business days (M-F) after dispatch.
Shipping Origin & Processing
All orders are dispatched from our facility in Christchurch, New Zealand. We process orders within 1-2 business days.
We currently ship exclusively to customers in Australia via Australia Post and local partners.
Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $4.99 AUD flat rate for orders under $100.

Free Shipping: Free for orders of $100 AUD or more.

We accept safe and secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are listed and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We currently only ship within Australia.
What to Expect After You Order
Joyous aims to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.
Need to Make Changes?
If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just shoot us an email. We are generally only able to make changes within 24 hours of checkout.
Claims for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
